One year back I bought a falt in Doddanakkundi, ORR. My builder took me to the registration office to get the Proprty registerd. There was a person who was helping us out withe the process. After the things got completed and before handing over the documents he asked for 17000 cash. There was no other option as even the builder said that without this things are not possible.
