Pursued and purchased Death Certificate after 6months for 500Rs post negotiation

It is for the death of my friend who got killed in a accident.
Police registered the case and gave the required reports for Death certificate for Rs.1500.
Visited panchayat office to register death on 5/6/2017.
They asked for Rs.2500 if i want to avoid bouncing between offices.
This is for my friend and i was in the pain of his death, so i planned to try the hard way.
As inquired with Sivakumar (introduces as the RI of Bangalore south), I applied for certificate in Kandaya bavan taluk office on 12/6/2017
Update, Followup atleast 10 time traveled from Electronic city to the above office.
Followed in Taluk office with Ravi.
Followed with Sivakumar for RI investigation report. <- Main person involved.
Finally today they asked to collect in ECity office,

Mission completed, But India will die in corruption if this continuous.
