Mine is a RAC ticket and as per the procedures, TTE should allocate the berth depending on No Joining or Berth Surrenders on board. Despite, berth allocation TTE Mr. Gangadhar Rao asked for money and un-willingly and to ensure comfort journey thru the night, paid a bribe of Rs.100 to him.
