RC-smart card lost, needed an computerized FIR to file for duplicate

My scooters RC-smart card was lost, RTA wants an computerised FIR page to accept the duplicate issue of RC. I had to made several rounds to police station. Every time they give different excuse. Thier operator is not there, peper is missing, printer broke. Come in morning, come in evening. I was frusteted for doing this for such an small work done. Finally one of the basterd there take me to side and ask for 200 to give the report right away. And they did it after taking 200. One can imagine how rotten these peoples are that for such small genuine case they made me do rounds what they must be doing with someone in need of genuine police help.
