I need to endorse the land in my name after my father expired to apply home loan against it since i got it from my father who partitioned it among us siblings through his will.first the village officer askd me to get the relevant documents from sub-registrar office and affidavit from notary and death certificate origial for which service i had to come again from my work place far away in assam,after getting all these documents ready the village officer was on leave so i waited till she return,but she asked me to come later for which i prayed her that i have to go as my reservation made,so she asked me to snd my brother,but due to her wrong doings she was transfered and my case lie pending ,so the next trip i could not waste my days so i bribed one staff to get my work done as he advised
