My builder demanded 20K in cash for registering the new apartment in my name while he took all other amount by Cheque.
That too, I had registered the apartment to full value of my agreement. When I resisted, builder told me Sub-registrar will create problem for him as he has to register another 100 other flats. Since I had no other options, I paid the entire 20K to builder. Very sorry state of affairs..
