Hi, I hate to say that i paid bribe, but in some circumstance the corrupt, system make us bow down unwillingly to pay bribe. I went Sub Registrar, office to register a site. While my file moved to sub register table a, clerk on behalf of sub registrar asked us to pay a bribe of Rs 7000 as a, bribe to sign on the documents. After negotiation finally he agreed to, take Rs 5000 to register the site. I was seeing registrar is taking a, bribe so openly everyone is paying bribe without, bribe their work will not be done. I hesitated to pay but i have been, convinced by other without paying bribe you wont get your work done. I, came to know that they take 1% of property/site registered. I want these, kinda of people will not be spared, fire them from the job and raid, their houses and put them behind the jail. I really appreciate for, taking this step for making an attempt to clean the system., *******
