Before starting to registration office, my kid asked me where are you going. I told him registrar office, he mumbled back richstar office. I didn't realized it at that time but when I went there I realized that my kid pronounced it right. What a money, every thing you do there, it costs you more than 10 times it actually costs. If Govt imposes strict rules in registrar offices, I am sure it will be able to get the revenue of atleast 10 times more than what it is currently getting.
