Have been paying bribes in small amounts since 2003 to get my flat in Dwarka. And I am not the only one, every member of my society is doing collectively. So many resgristrars have come and gone but everyone want mon have money. I don't have the house, paying the loan and getting no benefits and living in my parents house, because can't afford to rent one.
