I was told by friends that bribe is required to register flat, i didnt believe until i need to register my flat. This is well co-ordinated network, I had hired advocate to draft SALE AGREEMENT and ABSOLUTE SALE DEED, and this person told me about this bribe. Registration office is well networked with Advocates/agents and milk the common man. No option basis to avoid delay/hassles, had to pay : (
