Registration of an inheritance will

Reported on March 8, 2012 from Tiruchirappalli , Tamil Nadu  ι Report #2658

The registrar wouldn't approve/sign/seal the inheritance wills and other such documents without a bribe of Rs. 6000. The peon collected it in cash.

I also noticed that people were paying bribe in the nearby desk in order to obtain encumberance certificates for the property they were looking to buy.
