Registration office fully corrupt

I was astonished to know the sub-registrar of land is corrupt from top to bottom with agents shamelessly & openly asking 10-50 times of the actual amount as bribe. I wanted an encumbrance certificate for a property for which the person asked me Rs 350 which actually costs Rs 50/-
