Police inspector stops my vehicle seeing my non- karnataka number plate. Asks for Karnataka tax paid certificate. He would not let me go as i was in hurry. Paid him. This is the third time i am stopped at the same point. I have seen many other drivers - mainly truck, paying bribe at this point. The collection happens here openly which is different from other places i have seen.
