I dunno how many complaints you have got against this place but Im assuming I must be one among a million! Corruption is RAMPANT here! not a single LL/DL is issued w/o under the desk transactions! I myself had to pay 500rs to get my LL done! and they make us run arnd in circles if we dnt pay or dont come thru an agent! :@ one must think that paying bribes is legal here the way they go abt asking us for cash! pls do somethin abt the RTO, Indiranagar coz ppl who deserve DL's dont get it and those abs suck at riding manage to get DL's w/o even appearing for the exams! My frnd got a DL w/o even writing the exam by just paying abt 3000 for a 2 wheeler!
