I have attended the driving test and because i have not taken my car i have paid Rs 100 to a person there and he gave me car for the test. I have successfully completed the test. The problem here is that particular is generally given to the people who pay big sum of money to them. Unfortunately he gave it to me. RTA officer put my file aside because he didnot get money on my file. He said your file is rejected. When i questioned he pose some 10 to 15 questions regarding driving rules and i almost answered all of them. The person who gave me the car said you didn't get the licence because you did not pay him bribe. If i take the test again it would cost me another Rs 400 but have to wait for a longer time and i am supposed to inform that i have failed the test previously and attending again. He will again stop my file, so with heavy heart i have paid the money to that side person and i got licence in 1 week.
