RTO is the most corrupted department in the whole government and it directly affects average people.....

If you go for your license normally it will cost you only 90 (in those days) but I bet if you get your license anything less than 270 (2 time more is bribe!!!)....and that too it's official...

Agent told me the main inspector who issues license has it cut...you will not get license without feeding his big tummy....
