I have reason to believe that he is taking bribe on daily basis from every applicant...
And his amount of bribe is fixed at 200 rs.
His modes operandi : he takes bribe through the concerned advocate of every party....though I have never indulged in such kind of act but I have normally observed his modes operandi.....
He needs to be caught red handed because he normally seperates the amount of bribe from registration fee.
