We sold our property(15 * 20 plot) worth 12lakhs to my aunt,
The registration office ppl asked 12000 as process charge which is actually a bribe , they ask us directly as their charge, When we argued for it and make it less, they told this fee is not for a single person, but for all the people in all the level, probably even for the peon. We had people with high influence, i.e. aunt's cousin works in Income Tax dept. they didnt even bother of it, after all the struggle they reduced for 8000. I need to work hard to earn 8000,i.e almost half my salary, and they take it just for couple of sign on papers. thats sad. they even told us if u dont pay it will take time.(how much ..? ********** be 3 months.. ha ha ha).
