In Hojai (Dist Nagaon of Assam) in Sales tax office, for registration of new dealer every officer need bribe (Rate specified) for Manual Registration. Now its online reg regime started, but without any job done by the beggar clerk (name- Patar) on 16.07.2015, demanding bribe of Rs.3000/- . whereas he nothing to do with registration related work as it made online. When i refuse to pay he threatened me to destroy my file in the office .
