In GPTU there is provision for the Scholarship of Rs. 25,000 for students who done well in academics.
In my first year I applied for the scholarship but I did't got the scholarship, in second year one of our registrar office' official asked for Rs. 5000 as bribe and assured me about the scholarship. From second year onwards I got my scholarship regularly on giving the bribe every time.
I do not want to give any more bribe this time for my scholarship.
But the real and bigger picture is there about 400 colleges in GPTU, and in each college scenario is same may be amount can be different but each student who need scholarship to complete his study have to give bribe.
