To sell papaya, I had to forefit 10% of my Agri Produce to officials
- Food and Drug Administration
- Food License
- Paid INR 850
I wanted to supply papaya to HOPCOMOS. They were very eager for my produce , however with a condition that 10% of the weight of the produce will be taken out as commission.
So if I supply 100 kgs of papaya, I will be paid for only 90kg of papaya.
I am not the only farmer facing this corrupt practice in HOPCOMS, every farmer is facing the same problem.
