I Mejor Singh S/o Piar singh resident of vill. Kishanpura Said distt. Moga.
I have taken a term loan from "Punjab and Sind" bank branch Kot ise khan Distt. Moga of 50 lakhs (5000000) on Rice mill sheller.
We provided every correct document to bank for the process of loan and head office sanctioned our loan.
Then the senior branch manager Kuldeep Singh Nahra took 150000 as bribe for first payment. We were helpless so we had to pay that amount.
After that Kuldeep singh Nahra told us that there will be an inspection of your sheller by the technical officer of our bank. Then he came with a FAKE technical officer( named Raj kumar) to our sheller and inspected all the plant. It was just a way to make money from us. Next day he told me that the technical officer is asking for money.
We have every proof of the fake inspection with pictures and video.
After inquiring from the ZRM there was no technical officer named Raj Kumar.
Then he was again demanding for money with the sake of technical officer and we refused to pay more bribe then he Canceled our draft which was sent to rajpura branch for clearance and he mailed to that branch saying not to pay this draft.
We are very much harassed by Kuldeep singh Nahra (senior branch manager Punjab and sind bank : branch kot ise khan) distt. Moga
I have all call recordings
I have all the pictures in which he is taking bribe.
I have pictures of fake technical officer.
No action has been taken against him even after 30 days of complaint
