Well, it's an another traditional way of asking money.PASSSPORT..Usually Police men are supposed to come to your place for passport verification,but they became so busy or lazy (only god knows) i dono, they asked me to come to police station and asked me few questions but at last they told that they need 300 Rupees as service charge for procession my application, I mean come on you are entitled to this work man. This is one of your duties to do. i mean 300 rupees is not a big deal to me or anyone infact but why I needed to pay that in the first place??
