I am ex service man. I broke rule by parking 2 wheelar at no parking zone (no board, or sign). When i came back after 15 minutes find that traffic police locked my veh, i ask someone nearby, the directed toward police veh. I aksed why, they told no parking zone, I request that i am from outside city but not getting benefit. They told me to give 100 Rs and go. Or cut a chalan with fine of Rs300. as i have purchased elect new motor i have only 200 in pocket, i have no other option i paid 100 and went without chalan.
