Shamelessly took bribe by a senior customs officer

After clearing my cargo, custom officer informed me that I have to pay duty of Rs.20,000 which I readily agreed and paid him in cash Rs 20,000 and asked me to leave the premises and the documents will be handed to the clearance agent, when I received to my astonishment I got a receipt for only Rs.9,000/- paid as custom duty, balance money i.e. Rs 11,0000 he put into his personal pocket.
