Shri Neeraj Lekhpal of Mainpuri has taken money from my father but still did not gave correct report
My father had to give the money because in more than four years time period no lekhpal has submitted a single report on the direction of SDM, Bhongaon, Police refused to accept the stay order of District Judge Mainpuri. I have reported this to all the officers through email, whatsapp and speed post but no action has been taken. .
As per official order of revenue department all such matters needs to be resolved in two years time period but in my case not a single hearing took place in four years.
On 07-05-2018 shri Neeraj Lekhpal of Revenue department, Bhongaon Tehsil came for land measurement in the afternoon in Nagla Manihar/Billon, Sultanganj, Mainpuri. He was made aware that my father is in army and he has come on leave for 15-20 days he will submit the report after he has left the location. My father was given time to come but he did not turn so my father had to go to his home and gave money and brought him for land measurement. Initially he was giving the right information but when the actual time came for submitting the report he submitted a false and misleading report that the matter is in the SDM Court and nothing else he mentioned about the land measurement.
I have reported this to all the respective officers but I fail to understand why no such action is being taken. This kind of activity is encouraging the wrong doer and dishearten the honest members of the society.
