S.K. SHRIVASTAVA, Head Clerk in MINING DEPARTMENT, DURG
S.K. Shrivastava is a head clerk of mining department of Durg. He does not do any work without money.
If any lessee wants a royalty book, first he will take Rs. 500 for movement of concerned file then pit-pass book will be issued. If anybody, civil contractor, supplier contractor will come for royalty clearance, he is taking minimum Rs. 5000 from each person, then file will move.
He is a very senior person and has got 2 years extension but he could not change his habit of bribe. He does up and down from Raipur to Durg everyday by AC bus.
Due to earning of this bribery money everyday, he is earning Rs. 5-10,000 everyday from lessee.
