Hi All,
I am Himanshu kukreti; I have Manhattan Platinum Credit Card No - 4541-9823-3482-1920 and I have taken Loan on Against My Credit Card since 10 Months before.
After watching my Credit History or Loan Payment History Banks Executive Shivani (of Same Bank ) Called me regarding Personal Loan. Offering Loan on below Assurance as
Previous Credit Card Loan will be closed without taking foreclosure charges
Low EMI
Last EMI Waiver
However, Once the Amount has disbursed on my Account. Bank Asking for foreclosure Charges for Credit Card Loan. also, I have complaint regarding this issues. but, No Confirmation since today I have got from bank. moreover, Bank Keep Deducting its Both EMI's for Personal and Card Loan
Please help me this. i am not able to pay the both EMI's together.
Bank itself doing bad Marketing to keep Customer's.
How come Bank can share My banking information with Other Dept Or How Come An Executive of Bank Can done the false commitments to customer's to do the marketing
