Hi,
3 friends of mine including me together bought flats in Concorde Manhattans@ Electrnics City, this project has about 998 Flats in total, while it came to have the flat registered the Builder clearly told us beforehand that we need to pay Rs 13,200/- per flat as bribe to have it registered. Now considering the fact that there are 998 flats in just our project think about the amount that the Sub-Registrar is making a Whooping........... ******* , this amount is just through our project, there are a couple of more projects coming up in the vicinity..............Wish I could have landed up a Govt Job especially in a Sub-Registrar's office.
