I have submitted all required documents in the LDO Office , New Delhi for substitution of our property among our brothers. I got no response /no update on the same. When I went to their office to enquire the status on a specific day I noticed that in queue every body is frosted / worried that they visiting this office from last so many months, NOBODY guides/advice what is deficiency in the papers. My case was very simple but there I came to know that if I won't pay the bribe my job won't done easily. I have noticed that every lower level employee is almost corrupt whereas the senior level listen the problem but there is no solution as the work has to done by clerks. Then I contacted a Teawala near the office who help to get the job done a handsome bribe. I paid rs 50000 and got the job done with 10 days where as I was suffering from the last one year.
