A Super Duper Corrupt SHO

A Complaint was launched against me at Sector 40 Gurgaon Police Station by my neighbour for sending her an abusive sms. The SHO at Sector 40 took 2 LACS bribe for not filing the FIR report and treated me very badly, started kicking me and put me in the cell for the whole night, just to create fear that he will file an FIR if not paid the bribe, which was 5 lacs initially. The neigbour later sent a letter that she has acccepted my apology and withdrawn the case. But the CORRUPT SHO still was not ready to bail me without the bribe of 2 Lacs. I would really appreciate if strict action can be taken against him. I dont know his name.
