The tahashildar of yellapur taluk took bribe to give income certificate.

The tahashildar asked for Rs 100 to issue income certificate which was required for my education. The collector( tahashildar) told that they had to do background verification to issue the certificate and it would take months. It was urgent to me and i told him the same. Then he asked for 'fee'.
