It is against electricity department ..in shiv nagar colony melrose bye pass aligarh -202001 uttarpradesh india..there is checking take place in this area ...some meter changed acc. to gov. rule... bt acc. to gov. all meter are replaced free of cost ... bt they all are taking charge of 300 rupee per house... when they come to my house i disagree to give them bribe.. then they tell us that if u dnt give then u hve to suffr .. .. me still didnt give a rupee .. they all started to blame unfare charges on us ... they break the seel in hidden way(chupchap) of meter nd said ur meter seel is broken ... nd take us to electricity department ...then they dont left any optn fr us nd we fulfil their department...
