Taking money for issuance of new card and correction in aadhar

This is an aadhar enrollment center in a village called gottigere near electronic city. I went there to link my mobile number and email id with my aadhar. After the process is done the agent requested for money of Rs.120. When asked if this is not free, he relied saying that it is free for new registration and not for corrections. But I noticed him collecting the same amount of money for new registrations as well.
I am not sure if there are any charges for correction. But I know they are collecting which is definitely not legal. I feel sad that aadhar which the government is bringing up to eradicate black money, is it self becoming a source of black money.
Hope this news reaches the right authority and right action is taken against such corrupt agencies.
