I am in Germany (On Deputation) I bought a Plot in Mysore and wanted to get Registered in my mother In Law name, but the Lady who sold us the Plot(LIG House) did not had Title Deed with her. But She applied for the same on 8th Jan 2011, Actual process is she should get that within 4 weeks. But concerned engineer was holding this, as he was looking for Money. When My Father In law went there repeatedly they started giving so many reasons , Like file is not with them and it"s with Finance etc.. At last when my father inlaw paid money on behalf of the lady who sold us plot, they issued Title block next day.
