I've taken a temporary connection for building my house at E-city. Like regular electricity bill, I paid the bill for temporary connection at the nearest BangaloreOne office. But, the very next day, I was surprised to see that my connection was disconnected. When I went the BESCOM office near E-city, I was told that the money has come in the account but that is not the processes to be followed for temporary connections. Now, I was left with no choice but to renew my connection. He made me run from pillar to post for issuing the new RR-Number. I tried my best to make them understand that I've the receipt for the payment of the bill then why did they disconnected but nobody was willing to hear. Everytime the BESCOM engineer was writing something on my application he use to charge 100Rs.There is no facility for temporary connection holders to pay their electricity bills at the nearest BESCOM office.
Now, I've to take the meter reading myself, go to the BESCOM engineer's office, who is rarely available in the office to get his signature then go the other office to get the bill statement and then pay the bill at the counter.
