Temporary meter corruption

• Change of Tariff in Domestic to Commercial
• Paid INR 6,000

I have one temporary meter, meter one day late payment so as per rule the meter is lapsed Electrical officer said i can renewal the meter give 6000/- rupees, I didn't gave the money. He is the most corrupted person in entire office so please take action him.
