It was morning 7.30, it was raining, i was traveling poonamalle to avadi with my brother in my pulsar, near paruthipet, they stopped us, i was wearing helmet, all paper's fine, they said number plate font not correct so fine 100rs but actually its fine only, i don't have have time so i paid, they stated in fine paper 100rs fine for MV-ACT 177 &179, which states, defective number plate - 177, disobedience of orders-obstruction and refusal to give information - 179... i showed all the papers they ask, then where comes 179 ?
finally that man collecting fine and given an bill and - using this bill u can do any thing in the city today fully you no need to pay again today...
their aim is money,. i really do know the bill is original or not.. these guys disturbing many people..,
