They bullied me and suppressed my voice

I paid a bribe of 200 over a fine of 310 which is to be paid for subsequent offenders upon entering a one way.
I insisted on paying a fine of 100 which is for first time offenders.
The cops at the Gamdevi police station insisted I pay 310 and appear in the court to collect a refund if either I can prove myself innocent.
This seems like quite a bully to me. If the system is unable to maintain records, I don't see why we should pay an excess fine.
They didn't take well to the fact that I referred details on my phone and insisted on knowing answers for the offence.
The incident took place at about 12.30am
I was bullied into being told that they will take my license and leave me without a fine, I can then continue to take this legal.
Unfortunately, we all know how the legal scenario is in the country.
I do not wish for my details to go public. Yes, I trust these small minded Marathi speaking morons to harass me in more ways than I can imagine.
