They were not ready to accept the documents I submitted. I had lease agreement for last four years, IT return filed for the last four years at the same address, Gas connection (Indane), SBI A/c same address. Apart from that I also gave letter from GM of PSU company. still they were asking for Ration card and voter card and they rejected my application. As it was urgent to travel they asked me to pay 7500, to re -process the application.
