The cops here demand more than the the violation fee.
I just crossed the signal when it was orange. they cot me. i agree thats their duty.But they asked me a fine of Rs500.I guess the fee is 100Rs,but when i argued that the fine was 100 for violation, they told me " You cant teach police the rules, just pay and get lost or leave your bike and go..... huh". When i told then i cant pay more than 100 Rs, they just took it into their pocket. and didn't give me the recipt.Now after all this i cant ask for recipt.
