I hardly left 50 mtrs from my office ,and i was on the phone and the police stopped me and caught me for talking iver the phone while driving. First the officer asked me to pay a fine of Rs.90 then he saw my name on the licence and demanded Rs.200 because i wasnt wearing a helmet . And that rule wasnt even implemented . He took the amount and did not give me a receipt. When i asked he said there is no receipt and he will charge me as he wishes.
