Its common in bangalore traffic police stop 2-wheeler drivers, ask for all the documents, even if some document missed out, they are charging so much money, its happend in my case, when i was going for urgent for near ITPL road, inspector stopped me and asked for the documents, i have all the documents except insurance documents which is recently expired i was planning to renewal it. the inspector asked fine of 2000 rupees, at last he has taken 500 and left me. Like these cases are many see in daily at many places in bangalore.. If they are really honest they have to charge only fine.. i heard that fine amount won't be greater than 300 rupees at any cost.
