I have been resident of Durg-Bhilainagar since childhood. Being a businessman and living in city full of businessmen, the traffic police stop our private buses and they also come to our homes and offices on Diwali to collect their "BAKSHISH". This is very common thing happening because we do not want to get in grasp of police and have long lasting troubles and these traffic police come for money is that they want to settle everything out. Its like yearly or monthly direct debit scheme of traffic police constables.
