Traffic police refuse to accept proper payment for fine

On December 14th,2017, at 530 PM, I was stopped by traffic cop for a signal violation. I just had 80 rupees in my purse and the cop happily took it away without even giving a reciept. I asked him whether I can pay it at a police station but he refused. Then he took whatever money I had in my purse. I hope he and his family enjoys a good dinner with my hard earned money.I was willing to pay fine but he refused and pocketed my only left amount of 80 that was in my purse
