Paid 200/- even though legally it is 100/-.This happened at the Indirapuram crossing in NH-24.
Police was harassing to either pay 300/- (which came down to 200 after negotiating) or collect the car papers and my license from Police station which is at Hapur Road some 30 Kms from my place.
They did not even gave me a challan stating that challan book is finished.
This happened arounf 1:30 PM (4th Oct 2013)
