Hi,
I am from Kolkata, so my bike is kolkata registered. I caught by police in Laxmi road, Pune. His intension is to just collect money. He asked money directly and when I said I don’t have that much money, he said ATM is nearby just withdraw and give me, otherwise I will file a case agaist u as u don’t have NOC, and he also took my license. So I withdraw money from ATM and give him. It is not only with me, they are doing such thing with all outsiders. They just try to catch the entire outsider looking at their vehicle number. I think there shld be a universal system for numbering. This is act like a gang robary towards outsider.
