I took my brother's two wheeler (which was kept unused for 6 months) for my personal use and on my way to my house. As my brother has not renewed his two wheeler insurance, he gave me the RC book and last paid insurance paper details with me. i had those papers with me. As the insurance was not renewed, the police officer threatened me, it would fine upto a maximum of Rs.1500/- and i have to pay it in the court. For that i ********** have to took leave for a day and have to reach court. so he gave me a option to pay a lumpsum. i opened my purse and (he also noticed) i have only Rs.200/-. He took all my money. its kind of snatching only. i myself has not paid, but he took it before i act.
