I wanted to transfer the building ownership from my mother's name to my name, but when approached the corporation office, they said that no documents are available there about the building, i informed them that the building was constructed in 1999 and I have already paid one time tax, and building tax till 2009, but it was no use, I had to keep on going there for the next one month when they asked me for 10000 rupees to change the ownership..I had to bargain with them and bring it down to 5000. The next day I got my job done..
