We returned from Jedda to banglaore for saudia airlines on Sunday 30th December landing at 7:30 pm at Banglaore International Airport. At about 8 pm after clearing immigaration our handbag was scanned and my mom’s purse had two bangles which she bought as gift costing around 40k. There was a female office in plain clothes with short hair and one male officer under her in khaki uniform. she threaten us and haressed us saying that we will need to pay 38% and duty, but quickly simply asked us to pay 5k. Then the guy took us in the room just behind and took 5k from me. My mom was in wheel chair and tired and I did not want her to get further troubled so I paid the bribe. Who can I further report this to in order to get action against her. She was targeting other passengers too. They were so quick and efficient that it seemed like they do this all the time.
